STANDARD DELIVERY
All complete in-stock orders where the credit card is successfully authorized before noon Eastern Time on a business day may be shipped the same day.
All other shipments will be sent the next business day.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Actual delivery times are subject to change if we experience a higher-than-normal volume of orders or if our shipping carrier is experiencing delays. If this happens, our customer service team will make every effort to notify you. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with a link to track your parcel.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Occasionally, promotions are offered via Olsen.ca. Price adjustments can be accommodated within 7 days of the original order date, with exceptions. If you choose to return your order instead, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Please note that items purchased from our Online Store cannot be returned to any of our Retail Stores. Visit our website www.olsen.ca to initiate a return. A flat rate of $8.00 + tax will be applied to every return.
FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE
This website clearly lists items that are FINAL SALE on the product page, as will your order confirmation and the packing slip that accompanies your order.
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or price adjustment. Any FINAL SALE item that is returned will be subject to a 50% restocking fee of the price paid at time of purchase.
EASY RETURNS
We’ve made it simple for you to make a return via our online return portalonline return portal! Any item purchased online must be returned to the Olsen Online Store using the "Make a Return" link , also located at the footer of this website. Under no circumstances will purchases made online be accepted at any Olsen Retail Store or Olsen Head Office. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
To make a return within 30 days from original purchase date:
Change your mind or need another size? No problem! All items for refund must be in their original state, with original tags in tact, in original packaging and deemed by Olsen to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered. Items listed as FINAL SALE are non-refundable.
Refunds are not permitted after the allowable return period of 30 days. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Olsen’s discretion.
To process your return, click on the “Make a ReturnFaire un retour” link located at the footer (bottom) of this website and complete the return request form. Once your package is ready, arrange to have it shipped back via Purolator.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Your original receipt must accompany your returned items to in order for us to process your refund.

CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL REFUNDS
When issuing a refund, we can only credit the original account used to make the purchase.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
For purchases through PayPal, if PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account.
If credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
