EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Any online items must be returned to the Olsen Online Store. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept online return or exchanges at any Retail Stores.
FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
For returns or exchanges log into the Olsen Online store and click on the Return and Exchange link at the bottom of the page.
Enter your order number and Postal Code, and then follow the prompts
Once your package is ready, arrange to have it shipped back via Purolator
Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Your original receipt must accompany your returned items to process your refund or exchange.
All items for refund or exchange must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by Olsen to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered.
Refund/exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period.
